Super Lawyers are asked to vote for Wisconsin's best attorneys and are instructed to vote for lawyers they have personally observed in action whether as opposing counsel or co-counsel, or through other first-hand courtroom observation. The research process includes to the general survey, an attorney-led research team that reviews the credentials of lawyers, and the assignment of points based on a set of defined evaluation criteria.
